How to Track Your NerveAlive Delivery
Step 1: Check Your Confirmation Emails
After placing your order, you should receive:
- Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after checkout with your order reference number and digital receipt
- Shipping Notification Email: Dispatched once your order is handed to the carrier, containing your tracking code and shipping provider details

Step 2: Check Status via Our Fulfillment Partner
All NerveAlive shipments are processed by BuyGoods. You can review your delivery status directly through their platform:

Step 3: Track Directly via Carrier Website
Once you have your tracking code, you can also monitor your package directly on the shipping carrier’s site:

Yes — it is common for tracking details to require 24–48 hours to refresh after the shipping label is generated. If you observe no movement beyond 72 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Q: Can I update my delivery address after ordering?

Q: Tracking shows delivered, but my package has not arrived.
